The Pre-Professional Company is a division of the Roswell Dance Theatre under the direction of Tracey Bayly with assistant to the director Hye-Young Kim. This division of the Roswell Dance Theatre is for those young and gifted dancers who are dedicated to becoming professional dancers in the future.

The classes and rehearsals that they participate in are in addition to the required classes and rehearsals with the Roswell Dance Theatre. The dancers must be invited to be a member of the Pre-Professional Company by the Artistic Director Tracey Bayly.

There are currently five divisions of the program. The Pre-Pro group performs an annual Spring Concert, which in the past has included Swan Lake, Cinderella, Giselle, Sleeping Beauty, Paquita and many more.
